Kit optimization in progress!

SkyKicker Aviation believes that the experience of building an aircraft should be as enriching an experience as flying the aircraft. This philosophy is foundational to SkyKicker kit designs, manual and support materials, and customer support programs. SkyKicker Aviation’s mission is to create economical kits with low build times, good useful load, and high-quality manuals and build resources, that do not require specialty tools or skills and are easy to build compared to many of the kits available in the marketplace.
SkyKicker Aviation was formed in 2023 with the goal of creating kit airplanes that accommodate niche markets with unique aviation needs that are not adequately served by current market offerings.
At this time, SkyKicker does not have any kits for sale while establishing operations and making improvements to the kit. The team is currently working on establishing new supplier and partner relationships, tweaking the design of the the aircraft you see here to reduce the build time (ex. pre-drilled holes for rivets), rebranding of the aircraft, making significant updates to the builders manual, and producing a video series to supplement the manual.

03.11.2025 : SkyKicker would like to thank everyone for their support! The recent changes in the US administration and its impact on imports and exports have forced us to reassess and explore alternative supplier relationships to maintain reasonable kit costs. Our goal was to make kits available in 2025, however as of 3/11/2025 it was announced that tariffs on Canadian steel and aluminum are being increased to 50% on 3/12/2025. The primary raw materials in SkyKicker’s aircraft are aluminum and steel (mostly aluminum), and the US gets over half of its aluminum from Canada, with the second largest sources of aluminum from China and Mexico, also subject to new tariffs from the current US administration. We encourage customers interested in purchasing a SkyKicker kit to reach out to your congressmen and women to request that tariffs be adjusted.
